Information We Collect

Contact form. We collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, purpose of inquiry, how you heard about us, and any details you add in the message field.

Valuation Fit Check. Our screening tool asks for annual revenue, owner compensation, industry, engagement purpose, years in business, whether an adversarial proceeding is pending or contemplated, and optionally a referring professional's name. These inputs are used to generate your on-screen result. They are not stored on our servers unless you choose to send the result to us by email or WhatsApp. If you enter an email address to receive a copy, that address is submitted to us along with the summary.

Automatically collected. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set cookies or identify individual visitors (see Analytics below). The Fit Check tool also sends anonymous usage events — which step was completed, the result category, and a broad revenue band — to help us understand where the tool is confusing. These events are not linked to your identity unless you separately submit your email address.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services may be a fit for your needs. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your initial request unless you separately opt in to communications.

How Your Information Is Stored and Who Processes It

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website. Each receives only the data needed for its function. All are located in the United States.

• Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and receives and stores contact form and Fit Check submissions. netlify.com/privacy
• Resend — delivers the automated acknowledgment email after you submit a form. Receives your email address, your name if provided, and the summary of your inquiry. resend.com privacy policy
• Formspree — receives the anonymous Fit Check usage events described above (step completed, result category, revenue band, language). It receives your email address only if you use the Fit Check email option. formspree.io privacy policy
• Plausible Analytics — aggregate page analytics. No cookies, no personal data. See Analytics below.
• Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs) — serve typefaces and JavaScript libraries. Because these files load from their servers, those providers receive your IP address and browser user-agent as part of the ordinary request. They receive nothing you type into any form.

We retain form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping purposes.

Third-Party Communication Platforms

Our website provides links to contact us via WhatsApp and email. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your communications are subject to Meta's WhatsApp terms of service and privacy policy. If you contact us via email, your communications are subject to your email provider's policies and ours. We do not control the data handling practices of these third-party platforms.

Analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, open-source analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All data is aggregated and no individual visitors are identified. Plausible is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring cookie consent banners.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate this website; as required by law; or with your explicit consent. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not permit our service providers to do so.

Confidentiality of Inquiries

Information you submit before a written engagement letter is executed is treated as confidential business information, but it is not privileged and does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship. Do not send sensitive financial records, tax returns, or documents relating to a dispute through this website. If an engagement proceeds, we will provide a secure transfer method.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@axisadvisorypr.com. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
