Two services. One standard of quality.
Every engagement is governed by NACVA professional standards.
Every engagement is governed by NACVA professional standards.
A defined-scope engagement performed under NACVA Professional Standards β the practical tool business owners and their advisors need for the decisions that don't require a formal opinion of value, but still demand rigor and credibility.
Ideal for planning, negotiations, and internal decisions where you need a credible number backed by professional standards. Not intended for litigation, regulatory filings, or financing where a formal opinion is required. For those situations, we can refer you to a trusted colleague offering comprehensive valuation services. Unsure which scope your situation calls for? Read our plain-English decision guide.

A professional report (typically 15β25 pages) that clearly states what your business is worth and explains how we arrived at that number β including what comparable businesses have sold for, what your earnings look like after adjustments, and what factors affect your company's specific risk profile. We walk you through the findings on a call so you understand every page.
The second half of the AXIS Valuation Program: a scheduled annual refresh of your Calculation of Value using updated financials. A current, standards-compliant number should not be a one-time event β buy-sell agreements and exit plans are only as reliable as the valuation behind them, and that number ages.
Program clients receive their update on a scheduled annual cycle β same methodology, same rigor, faster turnaround, lower cost. Already hold an AXIS Calculation of Value? Updates remain available for engagements completed within the last 24 months.
Most CPA firms don't have a credentialed valuation analyst on staff β and don't need one full-time. AXIS gives you access to CVA-level analysis on a per-engagement basis, without the overhead of hiring, credentialing, or managing a valuation department.
Your clients stay yours. We operate behind the scenes to deliver:
Whether it's a one-time engagement or an ongoing relationship, we scale to your needs without adding headcount to your firm. Not sure a situation warrants a referral yet? See the triggers you're probably already seeing. For acquisition scenarios, a Calculation of Value engagement can focus specifically on normalized earnings analysis β the same standards, the same rigor, scoped to support your due diligence process.

You'll receive a professional report typically within two to three weeks. There's no cost until we agree on scope."
