Before founding AXIS, Jorge worked in business valuation and related financial analysis for privately held businesses.
We have no financial interest in the outcome of any valuation. No brokerage commissions. No advisory fees tied to transaction value. Our only product is an objective, defensible number.
We understand Puerto Rico's regulatory landscape, tax incentive structures, lending norms, and the dynamics of family-owned and closely-held operations. Our models are calibrated for the businesses that actually operate here.

AXIS Calculation Engagements are developed and reported with reference to NACVA Professional Standards — the framework that guides how calculation work is scoped, disclosed, and presented in a Calculation Report. NACVA does not endorse AXIS as a firm.
A valuation framework many CPAs already recognize. AXIS may describe its calculation work in terms familiar to advisors who work under SSVS-1; that does not mean AXIS claims AICPA membership, SSVS-1 engagement classification, or AICPA endorsement.
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice inform ethics and competency expectations across appraisal disciplines. AXIS does not claim USPAP-certified appraisal practice or USPAP endorsement; any specific USPAP alignment language belongs in the engagement letter and report when established.
